Bitcoin ETFs in the US broke a streak of eight consecutive weeks of outflows and recorded new capital inflows during July and August. The moves coincide with a market area that analysts are closely watching to detect possible accumulation periods.
BTC ETFs attracted more than US$242 million, led by a US$277 million inflow into Blackrock’s IBIT. The combined net assets of the ETFs rose to US$100.930 million, surpassing the US$100.000 million threshold.
