Right now, on the 4-hour chart, a recent long upper wick appeared from 110 down to 103. The 110 psychological integer level is currently a zone with strong selling pressure. After that, price pulled back toward the EMA30 (around 100.5) and found support there. On the daily chart, on the 27th there was a volume expansion that broke above the previous high at 102, forming a bullish engulfing pattern. However, the next day closed with a long bearish candle, giving back the gains and forming a dark cloud cover pattern. To sum it up: the price action is still likely to retrace and then go long, because even during the pullback the intermediate-term uptrend structure hasn’t been broken.
