Colombia’s richest family is nearing a Venezuela oil deal with GeoPark Ltd., the Bogota-based oil producer in which it holds a 28% stake, according to people familiar with the matter, Bloomberg reported.

The people asked not to be identified because they were discussing confidential plans.
