According to Wallstreetcn, the Trump administration formally appealed a federal court ruling that blocked its executive order on mail-in voting from taking effect, after Boston federal district judge Indira Talwani issued a 14-day temporary restraining order on August 27 evening suspending the U.S. Postal Service from enforcing the new mail-in voting rules and scheduled a hearing for September 3 on whether to impose a longer-term injunction.
