$HYPE This drop is kind of interesting.

On the 15-minute timeframe, the price went down, and OI contracted in sync. Volume expanded to 1.5 times, and active selling pressure is clearly dominant. This combination of “drop + decreasing positions + rising volume” looks more like deleveraging rather than a trend launch. The liquidation data backs it up too: within 5 minutes, million-level liquidations occurred, and the direction is concentrated on selling.

To be honest, the OI abnormal percentile is already at 95.6%—4th in the whole pool by rank, with nominal change at 3rd. This kind of extreme positioning continuing across multiple consecutive cycles is, in itself, worth closely watching. What the market is telling you now is: someone is being forced out—not a small player.

But then again, once it drops to a position close to the historical extreme range, is it panic or opportunity? I’m going to watch first, no positions for now—wait until the structure plays out. What do you think?
