The proliferation of scams and fraud projects in the crypto market—so what is Binance’s role?
As users, when we encounter a problem or suspect manipulation or fraud in a project, we contact Binance and ask them to reach out directly to the project team to verify and clarify the matter.
But the surprise is that Binance replies that we should wait for the project team or contact them ourselves, while at the same time Binance refuses to communicate with the project team on behalf of users!
So, if the project doesn’t respond to users, and Binance also refuses to contact it, then who will investigate the issue? Who will give users a clear answer?
We are not asking for compensation. We are asking for transparency, investigation, and user protection.
And NES raises many questions: Why does the price differ significantly on Binance compared to other platforms? Why are there trading issues and contradictions without a clear explanation?
If Binance can’t contact the project to verify its users’ complaints, then what is the point of support in the first place?
We want clear answers—not to be redirected from Binance to a project that doesn’t communicate with us.
