Today BTC dropped from 81478 to 76888 with a single bearish candle. In 24 hours it fell 3.59%, and 4,600 points are gone just like that.
To be honest, yesterday near 80,000 I closed my long positions. It wasn’t that I predicted the drop—it was just that I couldn’t hold on. I made a bit of profit and ran.
Now looking at this bearish candle, I have mixed feelings.
I’m glad I got out, but I also feel like I exited too early—if I had shorted after 80,000, I could have made more.
That’s how people are: when you profit, you think it’s too little; when you lose, you think it’s too much.
Now at this level around 77,000, I don’t dare to bottom-fish, and I also don’t dare to chase shorts. I’ll just observe for now.
