Issue 34 of “Jiang Feng Trading Strategy Diary.” The rebound continues with the same high-level shorting mindset. To prevent some friends from getting stuck holding against their position, from now on all articles will include specific stop-loss levels for everyone’s reference.
In yesterday’s weekly report, we were short near Bitcoin 82,600–64,000, and shorts near Ethereum 2,600–2,680 are still valid. However, today’s plan is slightly more aggressive; otherwise it’s hard to find an entry. But remember: participate with a small position size. At present, the risk index of the current shorts is still much higher than longs. As for chasing longs, in my personal opinion the risk-reward isn’t very favorable—upside is limited. This is only my personal view as Jiang Feng. If you are firmly convinced this is a bull market and want to ride it, then ignore this. If your thinking is also that the market may correct, then keep reading!
Today’s specific strategy:
For now, the Bitcoin price is around 79,000. This morning the lowest touched near 77,800, then started rebounding. In the short term, watch for resistance around 80,800, as well as resistance around 81,400 and the area mentioned yesterday near 826000. The targets are the downside zones: 78K–76K–72K–70K. Set the stop-loss uniformly at 83,800.
For Ethereum, in the short term watch resistance around 2,515–2,600–2,680. Targets to watch on the downside: around 2,400–2,300–2,233–2,1080–2,000. Set the stop-loss uniformly at 2,710.
⚠️: If you can’t accept a wide stop-loss, reduce your position size. Remember: use a small position size. Counter-trend short positions are a high-risk game strategy—do not blindly go all-in!
