When the detonation signal and the point-to-deliver positions line up, we need to be alert. In this wave of the third challenge to the same resistance—$ENA —I’ve observed it’s a bit different from before. Take a look at the order book: you’ll notice that every time it drops, funds quietly step in, and each subsequent low is higher than the last. That’s not a bad sign; it suggests the chips are changing hands, and the pullback is likely almost over. My own judgment is that as long as it breaks through that level with strong volume, the road ahead should be relatively smooth, and the target can be seen at even higher levels.
Of course, nobody can guarantee a 100% breakout. If there’s a fakeout and a retracement happens instead, that could actually be an even better entry position. The overall idea is to be bullish. As long as the structure hasn’t broken, I don’t plan to get off the train too easily.
