GTA 6: turns leaks into a memecoin, pockets $250,000 and disappears.

The memecoin launched by the author of the GTA 6 leaks has just lost 46% in 24 hours. CYBERLEEK had reached $25 million in market capitalization thanks to nine days of unreleased videos of the game. Its creator finally sold 15.4 million tokens and recovered several hundred thousand dollars. A few hours later, Rockstar was supposed to officially unveil new images of GTA 6.

CYBERLEEK lost around 46% in 24 hours.

Its creator would have raised more than $250,000 in total.

The token rose to $25 million in market cap on August 23.

The CYBERLEEK cryptocurrency rises thanks to GTA 6 leaks

The story begins with videos that Rockstar had not yet published. Its author progressively shares them on the internet under the name of his Solana memecoin directly embedded in the images. Solana memecoins already attract huge numbers of traders despite frequent losses.

CYBERLEEK immediately takes advantage of the attention around GTA 6. The message accompanying some sequences didn’t even hide the strategy: the higher the market cap rose, the more new leaks were supposed to keep coming. The token ultimately reached $25 million in valuation on August 23.

Its peak price rose to $0.0344. Tens of thousands of wallets buy. Between 68,000 and 78,000 wallets would still be holding CYBERLEEK after the drop. Then the creator starts to cash out. The timing lines up just before Rockstar’s first official gameplay presentation.
