$SNDK Tonight’s thinking: rebound or empty, 1400 is the key! 📉

Yesterday Nvidia’s earnings beat expectations, and SanDisk followed with a rebound. A lot of people thought it might mark a trend reversal, but once the US market opened, it delivered a sudden slap in the face—after a few big bearish candles, it basically got pushed back to where it started.

This makes it pretty clear: there’s still heavy selling pressure overhead, the rebound hasn’t been sustained, and the buying support below isn’t that strong either.

If it really were a strong trend reversal, at least it should be able to hold the key level—rather than getting smashed down the moment it makes a move up.

Also, with Friday close to settlement, short-term capital is going to be even more aggressive in its tug-of-war. At times like this, it’s easier to see a peak-and-fade move. Chasing longs isn’t great in terms of risk-reward.

So tonight, Haitang still leans bearish. The focus is whether that key support around 1400 can be held.

For execution: brothers who prefer a more steady approach can wait for the rebound to around 1480 and then look for short setups; if you trade short-term and can tolerate volatility, you can enter a small position at current price around 1450.

The target is first to look at 1400. Once 1400 breaks down effectively, more downside room will open up 📉
