BTC market analysis:

This morning, BTC surged to around 81,500, then pulled back. After the brief spike, it failed to hold, indicating a high-level pullback and consolidation. Bulls and bears are still tussling around the 81,500 and 79,000 areas.

The push to 81,500 this morning shows there is still buying power. But after climbing above it, it couldn’t stay up, and it pulled back to around 79,600. This suggests there is fairly strong sell pressure in the 80,000–81,500 zone. The good news is that the pullback wasn’t too severe; for now, the 79,000 area can still absorb it.

Next, we’ll watch two key points:
1) If it can regain momentum and break back above 80,000 with increased volume, there may be a chance to test 81,500 again, even looking toward 82,200
2) If it continues to fall and breaks below 79,000, the short-term trend will likely keep consolidating and building strength. First support to watch is 78,500

Right now, it’s in the consolidation phase after a high pullback; the direction hasn’t fully opened up yet!

For trading setup: prepare around 78,000–78,500, look to buy within the range. In the short term, it’s still trading in a box-range consolidation!
