Venezuela is considering withdrawing from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), a move that could deliver another blow to the organization, which Caracas was one of the leading founding countries of more than 6 decades ago, according to people familiar with the matter who spoke to Bloomberg.
