Crypto | New Coin Hunter | August 28

In this new-coin pool, 80% are here to harvest—but there are always a few rebels.

I took a look at the contracts that launched in the past 90 days. Among the highest-rated ones:

$BTW bounced more than 60% after listing, rising 260% from the bottom. Tell me how you’re supposed to get on board after that? I just swipe past—miss it if I have to. I won’t chase the tail end.

$OPG is kind of interesting: 70% below the listing price, it’s been laying there. From the bottom, it only bounced 7%. A classic “peak at listing” type, but the drawdown is deep enough, and it’s been moving sideways for a while. It’s a strong candidate for a golden opportunity. If you’re going to do it, do this kind—if it goes wrong, you won’t get wiped out. If you bet right, you can take a 3–5x.

$CTRU follows the same pattern as $OPG : down 52%, then stabilizing. I usually set a conditional order to test it.

My own habit: after listing, if it drops more than 50% and the rebound from the bottom is below 10%, I’ll buy in batches with small positions. If it’s up more than 100%, I don’t even look—better to miss.

So right now, are you digging for gold, or catching a flying knife? Comment and tell me.
