If you’re going to pump, then pump properly. Pull halfway and then dump—how is that supposed to attract retail investors to jump in? And for something that’s already a long-established “shady” stock, it’s been sitting at the bottom for so long. It looks like it’s just a rebound off the lows, and afterward it will likely keep drifting downward in the red. Then we should short into it again.
