The report said the company is also considering setting a lock-up period for the sale of shares after listing that is longer than usual. It is currently not yet possible to confirm how many shares existing shareholders may sell in the IPO, nor which categories of shareholders would be eligible to participate in the sale. The report said Anthropic plans to publicly disclose its IPO prospectus after the U.S. Labor Day holiday. The report said the IPO is likely to take place at the end of September or in early October, but Anthropic may also choose to postpone the offering.
