In the crypto market, there’s a huge difference between buying a coin because it’s going up and accumulating a project because you believe your thesis can play out over time.
That’s exactly the second strategy I’m trying to apply in my journey.
I’m not looking to nail the perfect bottom. I’m looking to build a position gradually, keep track of the fundamentals, and understand whether the narrative continues to make sense.
🔎 What am I observing?
One of the coins that continues to be on my radar is $LUMIA .
The point I care about isn’t simply the current price. What I want to track is the evolution of the ecosystem, adoption, and whether the project can turn its proposal into real-world usage.
For me, this is a fundamental point:
a coin can be cheap and still be a bad coin—as a coin can still have room to grow even after a big surge.
So, price alone isn’t enough.
📊 So where does the strategy fit in?
My idea is simple:
study → accumulate little by little → follow along → increase your position when the thesis makes sense.
And this also means accepting that not every purchase will work out immediately.
Crypto is a market with high volatility. That’s why there’s no guarantee that DEXE, LUMIA, or any other altcoin will increase in value.
The goal is to build a strategy that doesn’t depend on getting the next chart move exactly right.
⚔️ Trader x accumulator
The trader usually looks for an opportunity in the short or medium term.
The accumulator thinks differently.
It can look at a 20% drop and ask:
«“Has the thesis changed, or has only the price changed?”»
This question is extremely important.
If the fundamentals remain strong, a drop can represent an opportunity to increase your position.
If the thesis has been broken, though, simply being cheaper doesn’t automatically make the asset interesting.
💰 This is how I’m building my portfolio
My current strategy is to focus mainly on DEXE, $LUMIA and BANK, gradually increasing my positions as opportunities arise.
This is not a buy recommendation.
It’s a journey of building wealth based on patience, study, and discipline.
