$TRUMP $XAU Natural gas futures rose during the United States session
Natural gas futures rose during the United States session on Thursday.
According to the New York Mercantile Exchange, natural gas futures for October were trading at USD 2.96 per million British thermal units at the time of writing, up 2.89%.

They had previously traded higher at USD 2.99 per million British thermal units. Natural gas may find support at USD 2.747 and resistance at USD 2.989.

Dollar index futures, which measures the performance of the US currency against a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.02% to trade at USD 99.11.

At the same time on NYMEX, the price of crude oil for October rose 2.35% to trade at USD 84.16 per barrel, while the price of heating oil for September rose 0.32% to trade at USD 4.27 per gallon.
