They say coins that crash hard can’t be touched?
$NFP dumped 65% in one day, but I actually find this one more interesting than those pump-and-dump altcoins.
A $8M-plus trading pool that gets smashed 65%—either the team is running away, or someone is intentionally washing the market. For MEME coins, the fundamentals are basically just air. Drops don’t need a reason, and pumps don’t need a reason either. But look at $BTC , it’s standing firmly above 80k—shows the overall environment hasn’t collapsed. This kind of extreme move is often a test: coins with real bad news usually keep bleeding in a downtrend, while coins that are just “fake dumps” get pulled back quickly by liquidity.
Also MOVR: a 44% rise looks tempting, and the volume of 22M is the biggest of the day. But take a closer look—once it reached the $1 whole-number level, it got stuck. $1 is both a psychological level and a technical one. At this point, the “big player” either genuinely breaks through or starts distributing. Chasing in here means you’ll either end up drinking the soup or paying the bill—I’ll just watch the show.
The most ridiculous part is the coins that are down 40% or more—everyone in the group is crying, but what about the funding rate? It hasn’t moved at all. The bears (shorts) didn’t really apply pressure. This dump was insiders trampling on each other.
So what do you think? Is NFP’s way of dropping an opportunity—or just the struggle before going to zero?
