$MEME (Meme coin) is showing interesting momentum. When this data is checked, the MEME price is around $0.000558, up about 5.2% in 24 hours and 8.2% in 7 days, with daily trading volume of about $15.6 million.

What’s interesting isn’t just the pump.

MEME’s trading volume is also in the range of about $15 million per day, so the latest move is worth paying attention to for traders who are indeed looking for opportunities in the meme coin sector.

But does this increase mean MEME is ready to pump higher?

Not necessarily.

In fact, there are a few things I think we need to watch out for before chasing the candle.

1. Price is rising, but don’t jump straight into FOMO

An 8% increase in seven days does look attractive, but for a meme coin, this kind of move isn’t enough to justify opening a position.

What I want to see next is whether volume keeps holding when price tries to go higher.

If the price rises while volume keeps weakening, momentum can lose steam.

On the contrary, if the next breakout is accompanied by an increase in volume, the setup becomes more interesting to monitor.

2. Watch the reaction after the pump

This is the part I often use when looking at meme coins.

Don’t just look at how high the price goes up. See how the price holds after the rise.

If MEME experiences a pullback but buyers come back in and the price forms a higher low, that structure is healthier than a vertical pump directly followed by a sell-off.

For scalpers, a retest like this can be more interesting than chasing the first green candle.

3. Volume $MEME is data that needs to be considered

With 24-hour volume of about $15.6 million, MEME isn’t just a coin that moves without trading activity.

But absolute volume isn’t the only factor.

More important is the change in volume compared to the price movement.

I will be watching:

Price up + volume up → momentum is more compelling.

Price up + volume down → be cautious about weakening momentum.

Price is down + volume is huge → check whether distribution or capitulation occurs.

4. Don’t forget: $MEME stick with the meme coin

This is the part that shouldn’t be skipped.

Meme coins can move extremely fast in both directions. Binance itself reminds that crypto trading carries high risk and prices can change significantly in a short time.

So I won’t make claims like:

“Meme is definitely going up.”

It makes more sense to consider scenarios like:

Bullish: price breaks resistance with increasing volume.

Neutral: the price is consolidating and waiting for a new catalyst.

Bearish: the breakout fails and the price falls back into the previous range.

Conclusion

MEME is showing positive momentum with an increase of about 8.2% over seven days and daily volume of about $15.6 million.

However, for me, the more interesting question isn’t:

“Will MEME go up?”

Rather:

“Can the volume confirm the next rise?”

If the price manages to break out with increasing volume, the momentum could become more compelling.

If volume weakens while price is rising, I’ll be more careful and wait for a clearer setup.

What do you think— is MEME building new momentum, or just experiencing a relief rally?
