I’ve been watching $SOL closely lately. This month’s 44% surge, in my view, isn’t just emotion-driven—it feels like the market is pricing in a historical governance vote in advance. What really concerns me is its impact on the supply side: if the proposal passes, the amount of SOL issued will decline. With the circulating supply shrinking, sell pressure should ease, turning supply compression from expectation into reality. Once supply expectations tighten, the price’s reaction to good news typically becomes more sensitive, and SOL is probably in that state right now. So I don’t see this leg of the rally as mere speculation. In the order book, capital is already betting on the governance outcome. At this stage, SOL’s upside and downside volatility has been amplified, but what determines the direction isn’t the candlestick pattern—it’s whether the vote can genuinely result in a supply contraction. My outlook is fairly clear: if the proposal is implemented, even if there are short-term profit-taking pullbacks, the medium-term structure should remain bullish. If it’s rejected, the backlash from sentiment will come quickly too. Rather than guessing the top or bottom, I’d rather watch for validator statements and the details of the proposal. At this point, judging the likelihood of the vote matters more than chasing the price.
