They have all become places for homeless people to sleep. Many of them are debtors; they're not without a home, but unable to return. Either they have no strength to work, and factories won't take them! Some haven't showered for months, and no place will hire them. Others are part-time food delivery riders living directly in tents! There are all kinds of reasons. They don't rent houses or stay in hotels; they just like sleeping on the streets. I once even encountered a mentally ill person talking to himself! There are also female vagrants, picking bottles while wandering! Who would sleep on the street unless they were desperate?
