Just took a quick look at RE, and the intraday trading range is roughly $0.5072 to $0.5489. The interval isn’t that narrow; both longs and shorts are clearly testing the direction. My habit is to wait until the price gets close to the edges of the range before making a call. If I enter from the middle, it usually feels uncomfortable whether it moves up or down.
