Like waiting in line for coffee at a highway rest stop—the queue is still there, but the people in front are clearly slowing down. ETF continuous inflows haven’t stopped; daily net inflow is down to just 232 million, yet the price action is still held below 80,000. This isn’t what you should do when chasing bids.
$BTC is now at 78,868; the 24-hour high at 79,174 still didn’t break through the integer level. The contract-to-spot trading ratio is at 9.3x, and the funding rate is only +0.01%. My understanding is very straightforward: the “heat” is mainly built on leverage, not on spot follow-through. I didn’t add much at this level. I placed a 5% light short order above 78,950, set the stop-loss at 79,650, and the first target is 77,800. If I’m wrong, I’ll get out—I won’t fall in love with the integer barrier.
By the way, the news mentioned $XRP had the most capital inflow, but spot is still at 1.4082, and today it’s actually closed down -1.9%. I won’t chase coins like this; I’ll wait and see whether there’s a short opportunity around 1.44.
If you really want to stand with the ETF side, at least get the price to stay above 80,000 first—otherwise it’s just money flowing in, and the candlesticks haven’t been properly held.
These are my thoughts. Your money is your decision. $BTC $XRP #Bitcoin #XRP
