Connecticut has sued prediction market platform Kalshi in an effort to stop it from offering sports event contracts in the state. According to Odaily, Kalshi litigation lead Jovy Dedaj called the move arbitrary and inconsistently enforced, saying other prediction markets continue to operate in Connecticut.
