Cardone Capital says they are increasing the amount of Bitcoin allocated for a new real estate project in Fort Lauderdale from 350 BTC to 900 BTC.
That means an additional 550 BTC, equivalent to about 157% more than the original plan.
What I find particularly noteworthy is that Bitcoin here isn’t just being treated as an investment asset—it’s being directly incorporated into the financial strategy for a real estate project.
If this model gets replicated, we may see more and more real estate projects using BTC as part of their balance sheet.
