Five years ago, we poured into the community because it was “cute,” because it was “charitable,” because of that sentiment of “helping stray dogs.” After five years, all that’s left is a screen full of green lines and a total mess. As an old investor who’s been trapped for five years, I have to stand up today and tell the truth: community investors no longer believe in #BabyDoge .

The project team doesn’t even dare show their faces—what trust are we supposed to talk about?

The official whitepaper and the website still haven’t, to this day, publicly disclosed the real identities of the core development team. They claim to be an “anonymous community-driven team.” Rumor has it the founder is Christian Campisi (online alias “BabyDogeFather”), who says he started the project to raise funds for rescuing stray dogs. But the project team has already been replaced for over two years, and the only person left on the management side is Indonesian. Someone has been handling their Twitter posts all along, and the comments under the posts are basically impossible to read. A team that doesn’t even dare show its real face—why should we keep paying them money?

Monthly sell-offs and cashing out, never buying back—plain and naked harvesting

The project sells off tokens every month, yet never buys them back. What does that mean? It means the team keeps unloading, while we keep catching the bags. One community member said bluntly: “A five-year trash coin, and the team never did anything real. For five years it’s been the same old behavior—pumping to dump, then falling back to the starting point. The team has tons of old-school ‘rat’ positions!”

Wash trading and price manipulation—so this is what they call “charity”?

#BabyDoge Exposed for using wash trading methods to manipulate token value—continually buying and selling the token through related accounts to create fake trading activity, artificially driving up the price and fabricating the appearance of strong demand. After pushing the price up, the manipulators sell off the tokens at the peak, causing unsuspecting investors to suffer heavy losses. This is a classic “pump-and-dump” game.

The price is down 95%, and exchanges have already abandoned it

As of August 2026, the price of #BabyDoge has fallen by about 95% from its historical high in December 2024. The MEXC exchange has already announced the delisting of #BabyDoge , citing compliance failures such as the project team’s inability to meet regulatory requirements including KYC and anti-money laundering, as well as a continued decline in token liquidity. Platforms such as Coinone and Bitget have long restricted their trading pairs as well. The token price keeps dropping, with overwhelming sell pressure and no buy orders. Even exchanges don’t want to play with it anymore—we should ask ourselves what we’re still holding on for?

The community has split, and belief has collapsed

After the announcement that MEXC would delist #BabyDoge , the community quickly fractured. Once a Telegram community of 3 million people, it’s now nothing but a chorus of insults. One investor said angrily, “Piece of shit project!” Others said: “A lousy coin is a lousy coin—can’t last a few minutes before it drops. What’s the difference once it’s on Binance? A shitty project team, just rotten mud.”

Written in the end

It’s been five years. We’ve been fooled by “cute,” fooled by “charity,” and fooled by fantasies of 100x and 1000x. But today, community investors are finally awake.

#BabyDoge It’s not a project with technology, real implementation, and value—it’s just a harvesting machine wearing a “cute dog” costume. An anonymous team, monthly unlocks, wash trading, price manipulation, exchange delisting… It has all the ingredients of every scam.

If you still hold it, then if you can, leave. Don’t let yourself be bound by the so-called “faith.” Don’t let the team’s big promises keep deceiving you. Four years is enough to see what kind of person someone is—and enough to see what kind of project it is.

Community investors no longer trust BabyDoge.
