$TUT With 700,000 trades pushing it into the top ten gainers for a rise—$KORUB only took 10,000 trades to pull up +11%. Who’s more real?

There’s a detail on the gainers list that’s easy to overlook: the highest gainer isn’t necessarily the most lively.

At #10, TUT is up +7.14%, closing at $0.04728. In the past 24 hours it saw $33.5 million in trading volume—700,000 trades. Spread out, that’s only around $47 per trade. These are all tiny, fragmented orders, yet they managed to push TUT little by little into the front ranks.

The #4 token, KORUB, is even more dramatic: up +11.17%, with a price of $21.3. But throughout the day it only traded $2.8 million total, with just 9,900 trades—roughly $283 per trade on average. The move looks great, but it feels more like a handful of large orders lifting the price.

The middle one, $ACE , is a compromise sample: +4.46%, $12.4 million traded, 110,000 trades—about $111 per trade on average.

Even when they’re both rising, the “quality” is very different. Every 24 hours, the K-line swaps out its leading characters, and volume can’t lie: 700,000 small trades usually means “a lot of people want to buy,” while 10,000 large trades means “a few people want to pump.” The momentum built by the crowd is often more resilient than what a small group can force.

A pump can create a K-line—only when a group gathers together can something genuinely be accumulated. The “little doggie” of a Silicon Valley boss is betting on exactly this kind of lively activity.
