Bill Gates proposed setting aside some jobs as “Human Reserved” for human workers only and called for taxes on AI usage and robots. He said childcare and jury service clearly fit the category, while education and healthcare could be mixed roles, according to BeInCrypto, and argued the tax system currently favors replacing staff with machines. Gates said the most aggressive version could keep roughly 40% of jobs off limits to AI and that dexterous robots may compete on some physical tasks by the end of the decade.
