๐น๐ญ Thailand: The Thai SEC has advanced draft rules for locally listed spot BTC and ETH ETFs. The proposed products would trade on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, maintain at least 80% net exposure to the underlying asset, and are currently in the public-consultation stage through September 20.
๐ฆ U.S. BankChain Alliance: Banking associations from 39 U.S. states have formed the BankChain Alliance, targeting a 2027 launch for an industry-owned blockchain network.
