A 65% crash in $NFP isn’t a trap—the 45% surge in BMT is the real one—believe it or not?
$NFP was suddenly cut by 65%, and in the group chat everyone was shouting “going to zero” and “the project is running away.” But when I looked at the data, the trading volume was only $3.8 million. At this scale, it’s not a big sell-off in small-cap coins. It’s very likely just liquidation: when liquidity dries up, a large order gets dumped, causing panic—so it’s not a fundamental problem.
On the other hand, BMT is up 45% and it looks great—until you check the volume: as high as $22.8 million. This kind of size isn’t something retail traders can buy up. Combined with today’s broader environment where $BTC is still down 2.2%, if this coin suddenly pumps like that, either the team is staging it themselves, or it’s providing the final exit opportunity for the “greens.”
My own take: for $NFP, which is extremely oversold, the most is to wait and observe. Let it consolidate on decreasing volume before taking action—don’t rush to buy the dip. BMT? It’s the bag-holder’s fate. Whoever chases is just a money-delivering child.
What do you think about this BMT move—was it the market maker saving itself, or is there truly good news?
