Did you notice? Last night, the coins on the biggest losers list—I thought at first that there was something wrong with the data.

$PHB is down 69%, $NFP is down 66%. This isn’t a pullback anymore—it’s free fall. ATA is also down 53% following the drop. These have one thing in common: market caps are extremely small, liquidity is dried up, and with even a small sell order, it collapses right in front of you.

I checked around in the community, and I didn’t see any real negative news. Most likely, this kind of drop is caused by a large holder dumping and distributing, or a liquidation cascade from leveraged trading triggering panic. It’s not a problem with the project’s fundamentals.

Can you buy the dip? My take is: don’t rush. At this level of decline, it shows the holders’ structure has already been disrupted, and the bottom hasn’t stabilized yet. If you’re a spot believer, you can start building positions in batches, but don’t go all-in. As for futures, wait for stabilization signals before entering—going in now is basically handing money to the bears.

The market’s sentiment is too fragile right now. These small coins haven’t fully flushed out yet.

What do you think—this kind of high-volume-less crash is a bottoming signal, or a continuation of the downtrend?
