X platform affiliated with Elon Musk is preparing to launch a button to trade cryptocurrencies directly from the platform
Nikita Beyr, former head of products at the X platform, revealed that cryptocurrency trading buttons will be coming to the platform soon, enabling users to buy and trade tokens directly from their home pages.
Beyr’s remarks came in response to a post accusing him of restricting the activity of cryptocurrency accounts on X. He indicated that the platform is working on developing new trading tools, including handling contract addresses that specify the tokens on blockchain networks.
Currently, users can discover a token on X, then copy its contract address and move to a wallet or trading platform to complete the purchase. As for the direct trading button, it will allow executing the trade from within the platform.
X had previously launched the Cashtags feature in the United States and Canada, then added direct price charts and market data to it.
Beyr or X have not yet set an official timeline for the launch of the trading buttons, and the Cashtags feature is still limited to the number of markets it covers.#HKJulyGoldNetExportsToMainland56.193Tons $NVDAB
