Thailand’s SEC officially opens rule consultation for spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs. Initially, it will only allow two types of assets—BTC and ETH—and it also mandates local custody. This opens a regulated entry channel for compliant capital, which is a medium-to-long-term positive signal for the mainstream coins.

Compared with the current prices, BTC is at 79,156, up a slight 0.1% over the past 24 hours, while ETH is at 2,471, down slightly 0.3%. After the policy news was released, there was no sharp short-term fluctuation, suggesting the market has not fully digested the positive catalyst yet. From a strategy perspective, you can pay attention to the timing of capital inflows from approved local funds; this phase often serves as a trigger for the start of a trend.

Based on the current prices, BTC around 78,000 is the near-term consolidation center, and ETH has stabilized above 2,400. The pace of progress in the regulatory framework is more valuable to track than the event itself, and it provides an observation window for positioning over the medium to long term. #BTC #ETH
