What’s interesting isn’t how much it surged over these 24 hours, but the fact that the funding rate is still at +0.0000%. Trading volume has already reached 38.64M USDT, and contract open interest has piled up to 19,105 lots. The price has moved from $452.11 to nearly $481.07—under a move like this, if sentiment were out of control, the funding rate should have been pushed higher. Since it hasn’t, it suggests the chase-up momentum isn’t spiraling; the market looks more like serious capital is trading, not a one-way overheating.

I’m more bullish on $AMD , and the reasons aren’t complicated. It’s already in the main theme of high-performance chips. The market is now willing to give assets like this more attention—not just because the theme is hot, but because the story about demand for computing power hasn’t finished playing out. As long as the big direction remains that enterprises keep increasing their capex for compute, companies that can capture the core bottlenecks will have their valuations repeatedly lifted by capital.

Another point is positioning. The perpetual price is $478.03, with a 24-hour gain of +3.61%. But if you compare it to the intraday range, it didn’t just get pulled up from the lows and stop—it’s been lifted step by step and managed to hold near the high area afterward. I usually pay extra attention to a close like this. For me, the most important thing isn’t that it went up; it’s that after it rose, I don’t see a clear “squeeze” feel. The funding isn’t chaotic, and open interest is still there. That tells me this round of action hasn’t yet turned into a particularly crowded situation.

I’m not going to chase a big position at a spot so close to the day’s high. My plan is clear: only a light position, with orders waiting on a pullback. Position sizing is 3%-5%. If later it can’t hold after a volume expansion breakout, or if open interest keeps rising while the price can’t be pushed higher, I won’t get in—because that’s often when short-term money starts swapping hands with each other. Bullish is bullish, but if the timing is wrong, I still have to take the drawdown.

There’s a reason this one is at the front of the TradFi ranking. Crypto capital is also moving toward the familiar “computing-power mapping” direction to find targets. I’ll keep $AMD in the top slot of my watchlist. $AMD #US stocks
