Scammers on Binance P2P have been spreading this week.. don’t be the next victim
3 new scam methods you must know:
1. "I transferred to you" scam
They send you a forged transfer receipt from a “bank/credit” app and rush you to release the funds
Solution: Don’t release any amount until you check your account and confirm the money actually arrived
2. "Come on WhatsApp" scam
They say "No platform fee—come to WhatsApp" so they can steal from you easily
Solution: Any deal outside Binance = your money is gone. Block immediately
3. "Transfer to another account" scam
They ask you to transfer to a name that isn’t theirs: "This is my brother’s account"
Solution: The name must match 100%. If not = violation and scam
Rules that protect you:
✅ Stay within Binance chat only
✅ Make sure you enter/receive the funds yourself
✅ Take screenshots of the chat and the receipt before releasing
✅ Don’t be in a hurry—if they rush you, don’t
