🔐 LCAP — Loss Crypto Access Protocol

What if the lost crypto-assets weren’t simply… lost?

In the world of blockchain, millions of dollars’ worth of crypto-assets can become inaccessible for various reasons: forgotten old addresses, lost private keys, abandoned wallets, management errors, compromised access, or transaction histories that are difficult to reconstruct.

That’s precisely the problem LCAP aims to tackle.

🧩 LCAP — Loss Crypto Access Protocol is a project dedicated to research, identification, classification, and documentation of crypto-assets that may be lost or have become inaccessible.

Our approach is based on several pillars:

🔎 Blockchain analysis

Study on-chain histories, transactions, asset movements, and interactions between addresses in order to reconstruct the paths of the funds.

📂 Classification of cases

Each situation can be different: forgotten wallet, inaccessible key, unrecovered inheritance, inactive address, operational error, loss of access, or other scenarios requiring investigation.

🧠 Intelligence & investigation

Combine blockchain analysis, public data, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to turn scattered information into structured, actionable case files.

📊 Case database

Gradually build a documented database of cases of lost crypto-assets in order to better understand the scale and causes of these losses.

🌍 An infrastructure for a global problem

LCAP is not simply about looking for Bitcoins.

The goal is to build a methodology and infrastructure capable of giving a new dimension to the issue of lost crypto-assets: identify the cases, understand what happened, document the evidence available, and determine which leads can realistically be investigated.

Lost does not always mean forgotten.

Sometimes, it means unexplored.

🚀 LCAP is still under construction.

But one question is already guiding the project:

How many crypto-assets considered « lost » could still be identified, documented, or studied?

I will share here gradually the project’s research, analyses, documented cases, and progress.

Welcome to LCAP. 🔐
