Zec had one big bearish candle and it dropped straight from around 848 to around 820. Surely a lot of friends are wondering—didn't we just get the news that Zec spot ETF approval for listing was granted? Why is the price action trending downward?
It’s simply because there are too many people chasing long positions. Also, the strong resistance zone around 863–889 creates heavy sell pressure there, and many main-account longs that entered near the bottom chose to take profits.
If you hold a lot of this coin and you’re in a long position, don’t panic. This is only a temporary pullback and it hasn’t broken the strong support level on the 4-hour timeframe below. Once it stabilizes, it should rebound upward.
