🚀 The IPO boom is back on Wall Street

The U.S. market for initial public offerings is gearing up for a historic second half of the year. Oura, maker of the popular smart rings, is reportedly considering a debut between September and October with a valuation above US$11.000 million. (The Wall Street Journal)

Meanwhile, Inspire Brands, owner of Dunkin’ and Arby’s, is evaluating an IPO for late 2026 or early 2027.

Key data: traditional IPOs in the U.S. have already raised US$137.000 million in 2026, and a potential offer from Anthropic could add up to US$100.000 million—far exceeding the 2021 record.

📈 The new wave includes technology, AI, data centers, and consumer brands. Are we looking at a new golden cycle of IPOs… or a repeat of the 2021 hype?
