Sid watched Dusk and realized one thing.
Everyone measures it with crypto metrics. Where’s TVL? Where are the devs? Where’s the hype?
But Dusk isn’t for that.
Here they don’t look for quick APY. Here they build for what will come in 5 years. Citadel, XSC, ZK compliance — these aren’t features for Twitter threads. This is a language spoken by lawyers and compliance officers. And this language doesn’t translate to “wen lambo”.
When I tested other private chains, it was all about anonymity. Hide, don’t show yourself, flee from the system. In Dusk, it’s the opposite — you don’t hide from the regulator. You give them a key that lets them open only what belongs to them. This isn’t anarchy. It’s a dialogue.
And here’s the catch.
The crypto market can’t assess a dialogue. It only evaluates speed and volume. That’s why Dusk looks slow. But slowness here isn’t a bug. It’s the price of being ready when the first bank truly wants to tokenize a bond and not burn out on compliance.
Yes, it’s quiet here for now. But infrastructure that waits always looks dead — until the one who was waiting for it finally arrives.
Does anyone else look at technologies for the long run, not just the green or red candles on the chart?
