🚨 BITCOIN JUST BROKE $80,000.
But before you FOMO in, look at what has actually changed.
$BTC is now up roughly 28% in August and has reached its highest level in about three months.
This rally isn't happening in isolation:
→ Bitcoin ETF demand has returned strongly
→ The U.S. dollar has weakened
→ Liquidity expectations have improved
→ $ETH has reclaimed the $2,500 area
→ Major altcoins are beginning to show strength
Now comes the important part.
$80K is psychologically huge.
A breakout is one thing.
Holding the breakout is another.
If Bitcoin establishes support around these higher levels instead of immediately losing them, confidence in this recovery becomes much stronger.
But after such a fast rally, chasing with high leverage is extremely risky.
I'm watching two things next:
1️⃣ Can $BTC hold the $80K region?
2️⃣ Can $ETH and major altcoins continue outperforming while BTC consolidates?
If #2 starts happening consistently, the next interesting phase of this market may not be Bitcoin at all.
