The recent drop of Bitcoin provided a great long entry point. I mentioned the target and stop-loss this morning. I thought this pullback would occur in the evening, but it happened earlier. Now a double bottom structure has formed on the short term, laying the groundwork for another attempt to break above 81,000. However, we still need to manage expectations; the market could still test around 78,000 for the third time, especially if Bitcoin quickly falls to around 78,000 in the evening and then rebounds to break through 79,200. In that case, it is essential to heavily chase the upward trend. If Bitcoin falls below around 77,500 and cannot recover, then it’s time to exit long positions.
