$PROM Accumulation failed? Rally continues short!!
Before the PROM, there was a brief round of consolidation, but after reorganizing now, the market hasn’t shown any obvious signs of funds flowing back in. Don’t chase shorts. Wait to short after the rally. If, after the rally, the funds still don’t come back—in fact if they keep flowing out—then later on there may very likely be even heavier selling pressure.
