The above perpetual contracts are not subject to the rules regarding the funding fee settlement frequency adjustment of 8.1. If the previous funding cycle settlement of the above perpetual contracts reaches the funding rate cap/floor, Binance contracts will not adjust the settlement frequency from every eight hours to every hour. If Binance decides to change the funding rate settlement frequency to once every hour, a separate announcement will be issued;
Depending on market risk conditions, Binance may adjust the contract parameters mentioned above, including but not limited to funding rate, minimum price change, maximum leverage, initial margin, maintenance margin, and other important parameters;
