📉 Bearish

🔸 Last night’s market action really hammered the semiconductor sector. SOXL fell 4.28%, and Hynix (SK hynix) dropped 4.19%. SanDisk, Micron, Tesla, and NVIDIA were all green in the other direction; their declines were all 3%+.
In plain terms, this AI-chain selloff has basically wiped everyone out together. Even an HBM heavyweight like SKHYBUSDT couldn’t hold up—so it’s clear money is really moving.

I looked at the volume: the most notable volume-spike downside move overnight mainly clustered in the first two hours of the after-hours session. That’s a classic “take-profit + macro worries” double hit. After pulling back from the highs, price is hovering right around the EMA 21 area. If that line breaks again, the downside room will look ugly.

But it’s not like everything is down. Circle is up 3.12%, Meta is up 2.05%, and Google, SpaceX, and Microsoft are also all in the green. The common point among these names is that they’re only loosely tied to the AI compute supply chain; more of their story is software, ads, rockets, and payments logic. Funds are rotating within tech—shifting from hard-tech toward the application layer. That signal is pretty obvious.

🔸 My view: Semiconductors still need to grind a bit more short-term. Especially don’t rush to bottom on a 3x leveraged product like SOXL. I’ll wait for SKHYBUSDT to stabilize after this big bearish candle—ideally, we’ll see a low-volume doji hovering around $145 before deciding. The invalidation level is a high-volume breakdown below the prior low; if that happens, just exit—no hesitation, no watching.

BTC in the group is also choppy right now. There’s no positive feedback for tech stocks, and cross-market correlation is temporarily failing—so it’s mostly a wait-and-see.
