The Hang Seng Index opened 116 points, or 0.46%, higher at 25,634, with market turnover at $3 billion, according to Ming Pao. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index rose 29 points, or 0.35%, to 8,500, while the Hang Seng Tech Index opened at 4,602, up 0.18%.

Advancers accounted for 11.07% of stocks, decliners 4.86%, and 84.06% were unchanged.
