Monad has published a new MIP focused on flexible and upgradeable account authentication. According to ChainCatcher, the proposal would allow accounts to change keys without changing their addresses, aiming to improve account management flexibility and security.

The mechanism is also designed to let accounts upgrade smoothly to quantum-resistant cryptographic schemes to address potential future threats from quantum computing. The proposal has been officially released, and the community can review the technical details and discussion.
