SNDK evening open: should we look at the rebound first, or is it going to keep weakening?
The SNDK short position I set up around 1600 yesterday is now taking profit and exiting.
The logic for this move is actually quite simple.
First, SNDK was pulled up from the lows all the way, and the market had already priced in the earnings report, the NAND price increase, and share buyback expectations in advance.
But once it rose to a higher level, the thinking of the funds started to change.
Yesterday, I saw that the rebound strength near 1600 was not enough, and overhead resistance was still fairly clear—so I chose to short.
Today’s price action basically matches expectations as well. The short is taking profit first.
As for the U.S. stock market opening tonight, personally I’m more inclined to observe first.
After a streak of short-term declines, it’s not out of the question that at the open there will be some funds covering, which could trigger a rebound.
However, if the rebound can’t reclaim and hold above 1600, the pressure will still remain. In that case, the probability of continuing downward to search for support is higher.
That’s how the trade works.
You don’t have to hold every single trade all the way to the end, and you don’t have to fully capture every move.
Take the profit when you have it—then let the market handle the rest.
Opportunities are always there; the key is controlling the rhythm.#比特币周涨23.6%
