I've learned that when someone is trying to make me feel rushed, that's exactly when I should slow down.

Crypto moves quickly, but that doesn't mean every opportunity deserves a quick decision.

I'm learning to pause and ask:

👉 Can I independently verify the information?
👉 What am I being asked to send or connect?
👉 What happens if I simply walk away?
👉 Am I making this decision calmly, or because I'm afraid of missing out?

Sometimes protecting yourself in crypto isn't about knowing everything.

It's simply knowing when to STOP, VERIFY, and THINK.
