FVG is a Fair Value Gap—an imbalance in price. When, within three candles, the middle candle’s move is too aggressive, it leaves behind a blank area where no actual trading has occurred. That gap is the institution’s footprint. Price will come back—not because technical analysis is magical, but because large capital has resting, unfilled orders there.
